Mentally, be an adult. understand that people can have different opinions and views, and that you will survive people not always agreeing with you.

Do your own research. Someone may say something completely off base. Ask for clarification, speak out against the merits of the methodology, and move on.

Maintain Civility: we are not trying to crush anyone's ego, we are trying to educate. If you feel the need to tear someone down... please let me know, so I can block you until you have some time to cool off... OR you can just offer to understand where they are coming from. ASK QUESTIONS! Why do you feel the need to ruin someone's day?

Of course, as the dumb stuff comes up, these terms are subject to change to account for all unforeseen issues that seem to pop up. You understand that you are responsible for being current on the recent changes, even if I've attempted to notify everyone in a feed, or email, or in a group chat area.
